Collaborative Planning
1) Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled and collaborative planning meetings.
2) Plan for each unit and lesson.
3) Research and develop new teaching techniques.
4) See the classroom as a shared space and remain open and honest when issues arise.
5) Participate actively in the school’s professional development program(s).
Assessment
1) Create and administer a variety of assessments.
2) Assess and document student’s attainment and progress.
3) Analyse student work/data to inform instruction.
4) Complete student reports and manage student portfolios.
5) Participate in 3-way conferencing and any parent/student meetings.
