Job Objective：
1. Solve and continues improvement process
2. Reach Key Performance Indication of each working center
Job Responsibilities：
1. Analyze and solve the technical problems of the production line
2. Strong support in case of quality issue. Help in 8D analysis and give feedback on CP, FEMA,WI...
3. Training the new technician and the operator
4. Supervise assembly operations to achieve production target
5. Product quality control and process supervise and abnormal status monitor
6. Monitor the manufacturing process to keep the product quality status stability
7. Establish and maintain production planning and control
8. Cooperate Maintain machines, equipment and tools
9. Ensure that QC procedures and standards are followed
10. Improves continuously manufacturing performance and minimize lead time
11. Production line layout before launch and continuous improvement
12. Cost saving by optimizing process and material
13. Tooling design for production line
14. Draft process and technical management standard, make sure all standards to be followed
15. Organize and lead the jobs for new process or technology
16. Implement layer audit to ensure operator follow the work instruction, check technology discipline
17. Other jobs arranged by manager
18. Complete and support WCM related work
Job Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree and major in mechanical, electrical or electrical-mechanical;
2. Minimum 2 years related position in manufacture industry, especially in continuous automatic assembly line;
3. Knowledge on production line control, and especially familiar with the production process of high temperature furnace is preferred;
4. Knowledge on problem solving skills, be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA is preferred;
5. Understand quickly and impact new knowledge/process;
6. Good capability of relationship; Motivated and team spirit;
7. Able to assume risks; Able to manage hard situations;
8. Dynamism and pro-activity; Analyze and solve problem.
