1. Manage project according SGSI project tools and APQP team
2. Interface with customer make sure the project SOP on time, on cost and on quality
3. Closely follow up the ramp-up till SOP
4. Support engineering change activities
5. Manage the development cost, closely follow the PBR, together with SM Dept
6. List and follow up all issues of the pilot runs together with Production team.
7. Cooperate with project, tooling, planning, production, quality team during development.
8. Responsible for customer sample order preparation during whole project phase.
9. Cooperate with SM to promote our product on the market
10. Contribute on RBC improvement
11. Quick response questions or requirements from customer
12. Support and assist related WCM work.
13. Give production line technical support.
