岗位职责

负责从设计概要到批量生产的产品开发全过程
创建和管理成衣技术资料包、规格表、物料清单（BOM）及样衣修改
管理样衣制作流程：初样 → 试穿样 → 销售样 → 产前样（根据需要）
协调面辅料、色样、印花样、品牌确认以及包装规格
报价并核算成本，起订量管理，协助达成目标利润率
推动产品质量标准、测试以及合规性要求
管理关键事项时间表，确保样衣能够按时完成并进行试穿
接收新西兰反馈意见，将其清晰的转达给供应商，推动样衣按照意见进行修
确保大货生产准备就绪：产前样批准、测试通过、包装/标签确认、生产交接

岗位要求

3-7年以上服装产品开发经验（有制服、工作服、工装经验者优先）
扎实的服装知识、衣着合身性基本原理、面料和辅料知识
供应商管理经验
能够熟练制作准确的技术资料和物料清单（精通Excel/PLM 系统；熟悉 Illustrator 者优先）
较强的沟通能力，能够同时管理多个款式的开发
具备商业头脑，深入了解成本核算、利润率、交货期和起订量
能够跨时区（中国-新西兰）高效工作
服装、纺织或相关专业大专及以上学历
良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力
愿意根据需要出差
良好的团队合作精神

We are looking for an experienced Product Developer to manage the end-to-end development of uniform and workwear garments, primarily based in China. You will be responsible for tech packs, costing, sampling, supplier management, quality standards, and critical path management to ensure products are delivered on time, to spec, and within target margins. Once samples are ready for fitting, our New Zealand Fit Team will conduct fit sessions and provide comments, and you will convert this feedback into clear supplier
actions and drive revisions through to approval.

Key responsibilities

Own product development from brief to bulk readiness (China-based execution)
Create and manage tech packs, specs, BOMs, and revision control
Manage sampling process with factories: proto → fit → SMS → PP (as required)
Coordinate fabrics/trims, lab dips, strike-offs, branding placement approvals and packaging specs
Request and validate costings, manage MOQs, and support margin targets
Drive product quality standards, testing and compliance requirements for uniforms/workwear
Manage critical path timelines and ensure samples are delivered to NZ for fit on time
Receive NZ fit feedback, translate into clear factory instructions, and drive corrections quickly
Ensure bulk readiness: PP approval, test pass, packaging/label approvals, production handover

What you’ll bring

3–7+ years’ experience in apparel product development (uniforms, workwear, or wholesale preferred)
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit fundamentals, fabrics and trims
Confident producing accurate tech packs and BOMs (Excel/PLM; Illustrator a plus)
Strong factory communication skills and ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously
Commercially minded, with solid understanding of costing, margin, lead times, and MOQs
Able to work effectively across time zones (China–New Zealand)
Bachelor’s degree or above in Apparel, Textile, or related majors
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Good team worker
Willingness to travel to factories as required
