Fashion Biz is hiring a CLO 3D Product Development Specialist to support digital
garment development and validate fit in 3D before physical sampling. If you love combining patterns, fit, and fabric behaviour to create accurate virtual garments, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Convert 2D digital patterns into accurate CLO3D garments
• Simulate and assess fit on approved avatars/blocks (ease, balance, silhouette, mobility)
• Apply and manage a fabric matrix (stretch %, recovery, GSM, thickness, drape, etc.) so simulations reflect real materials
• Use CLO3D diagnostics (strain/tension maps, measurements) to flag issues early and recommend improvements
• Create 3D outputs for reviews and suppliers (turnarounds, snapshots, annotated fit notes)
• Help reduce sampling rounds and speed up development timelines

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience using CLO3D in apparel product development
• Solid understanding of fit, construction, and patterns
• Confidence working with fabric physical properties to achieve realistic simulations
• Strong communication skill and teamwork, ability to work with design, pattern, and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Apparel, Textile, or related majors
• English written and reading skill

Nice to have

• Experience with DXF/AI pattern exchange, PLM workflows, or supplier digital sampling
• Experience building/maintaining digital fabric libraries and calibration standards
• Good verbal English

工作职责

• 将二维数字版型转换为精确的CLO 3D服装模型
• 在模型/基础版型上进行合身度验证与评估（松紧、平衡度、廓形、灵活性）
• 应用并管理面料数据库（拉伸率、回弹性、克重、厚度、悬垂性等），确保仿真效果反映真实材料特性
• 运用CLO3D分析工具（应力/张力分布图、尺寸测量）及早发现问题并提出改进建议
• 制作3D输出文件，以检验效果，并提供给供应商（旋转视图、快照、带批注的合身度说明）
• 协助减少样衣轮次，加快开发时间线

岗位要求

• 在服装产品开发中熟练使用CLO3D的经验
• 对合身度、服装结构与版型有扎实的理解
• 能够自信地运用面料物理特性以实现逼真的仿真效果
• 优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，善于与设计、版型及技术团队协作
• 服装、纺织或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 具备一定的英语水平

加分项

• 具备DXF/AI版型文件交换、PLM工作流程或数字样衣经验
• 有建立/维护数字面料库及校准标准的经验
• 良好的英语口语
