Quotation • Manage and coordinate all PCB and mechanical quotation activities for Asia. Interface with central and site purchasing NPI teams, supporting all quotes as needed. • Prepare and present to the suppliers and AC quarterly report for quotation results by commodity and suppliers. 主要职责 1. 报价管理 统筹协调亚洲地区所有PCB及设备部件的报价工作。对接总部及现场采购新产品导入(NPI)团队,按需支持所有报价事宜。 按物料类别和供应商分类,并向供应商及AC提交季度报价结果报告。 2. Support • Support the PCB global commodity manager (GCM) for the annual negotiation. • Assist GCM in supplier development and sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, quality, CSE, supply model, and competitiveness. • Accompany quality audits managed by the company. • Act as the escalation point for supply and quality issues with Asian suppliers. • Ensure that all activities align with the company's (DBG and AC) strategic goals. 2. 支持 协助PCB全球商品经理(GCM)开展年度谈判。 协助GCM进行供应商开发与采购活动,确保符合公司标准、质量要求、成本效益评估(CSE)、供应模式及竞争力要求。 配合公司主导的质量审核工作。 担任亚洲供应商供应与质量问题的升级处理窗口。 确保所有活动与公司(DBG及AC)战略目标保持一致。 3. Chinese supplier management • Work with specific electronic Chinese suppliers. DBG / AC liaison • Ensure the good comprehension and accordance on the DBG and AC strategy 4.
