任职要求
1、本科以上学历，模具设计管理10年以上经验，具备英文书写和沟通能力；
2、精通塑胶模具全流程：从产品DFM（可制造性分析）、模具结构设计（含热流道、顶出、冷却系统）到试模、量产问题解决，能预判并规避设计风险
3、熟练掌握专业工具：如AutoCAD、UG、SolidWorks等设计软件，懂模流分析（Moldflow），能通过数据优化模具结构，减少试模次数；
4、材料与工艺认知：熟悉不同塑胶材料（如PP、PC、ABS）的特性，以及注塑工艺参数对模具设计的影响，确保设计与生产匹配。
岗位职责
1、项目与进度管控：能拆解项目任务，制定合理排期，协调设计、采购、生产等跨部门资源，确保模具按时交付。
2、团队培养与赋能：指导下属解决技术问题，梳理设计规范（如标准件库、设计checklist），提升团队整体设计效率与质量。
3、沟通与问题协调：能清晰对接客户需求（如产品外观、尺寸公差），也能快速协调试模、量产中的突发问题（如飞边、缩痕），平衡成本与交付。
Job Reqs

1. Bachelor’s+/10+ years in mold design & management, fluent in English (written & verbal).
2. Expert in full plastic mold process (DFM, structure design, mold testing, mass production), with risk prediction ability.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD/UG/SolidWorks; skilled in Moldflow for data-driven mold optimization.
4. Knowledgeable in plastic materials (PP/PC/ABS) & injection molding parameters.
