​​1. 商业化战略制定​​
分析海外市场(如用户付费习惯、竞品定价、行业趋势),制定差异化的商业化策略; 平衡用户增长与ARPU(每用户平均收入)优化。探索创新变现模式
​​2. 收入增长与渠道管理​​
制定海外GTM(Go-To-Market)策略,推动产品在目标市场的规模化增长。
管理关键商业化渠道;优化付费转化漏斗(注册→试用→付费),提升LTV(用户生命周期价值)。
​​3. 数据驱动决策​​
监控核心商业化指标,定期输出分析报告。
通过A/B测试优化定价页、订阅计划、促销策略,提升付费转化率。
建立数据看板,为管理层提供商业化进展的透明化洞察。
​​4. 跨团队协作​​
联动产品团队,推动商业化功能落地(如多货币支付、企业账单管理)。
协同市场团队,设计本地化营销策略(如促销活动、定价锚点)。
支持销售团队,提供商业化工具(如报价模板、ROI计算器)。
