职位描述

渠道销售企业客户电子/半导体/集成电路快速消费品新零售
工作职责
1. 理解产品商业意图,精准解读新品定位、目标人群及核心卖点等;基于产品卖点、项目意图等制定零售核心策略,统筹/牵引零售各模块形成落地动作,确保策略有效落地;
2. 解决卡点及跨模块协同,通过协同工具建立“反射弧机制”,预判及升级风险,确保问题闭环;
3. 管理上市关键路径,保障全流程项目管理与质量运营,推动流程标准化与效率提升;从产品视角评估展陈、培训、系统等模块落地质量,并引入创新方法;
4. 复盘迭代与知识沉淀,推动团队沉淀最佳实践。
任职要求
1. 具有本科及以上学历,市场营销、供应链管理、工商管理相关专业优先;
2. 4年以上消费电子行业零售运营/GTM/项目管理经验,头部企业背景优先;
3. 熟练掌握项目管理工具,有PMP认证者加分;具备数据建模能力,能通过门店分层、产品优先级等模型驱动决策;
4. 具备策略解码能力、协同领导力、闭环思维与创新意识。
