工作职责Responsibilities 1.负责对经销商服务人员的培训工作Responsible for the training of dealer service personnel; 2.负责协助经销商服务人员对最终用户的协助服务和直接服务Responsible for assisting dealer service personnel in assisting and providing direct services to end users ; 3. 重大质量故障的分析、处理Analyze and solve major quality failures; 4. 指导经销商做好配件和专用油的库存管理与经营Guide dealers to do inventory management and operation of spare parts and special oil; 5. 市场质量问题反馈及产品改进建议Feedback market quality issues and product improvement suggestions;; 6. 培训材料的编制Preparation of training materials; 7. 侧重进口及高端产品服务Focus on imports and high-end products and services; 8. 完成领导交办的其它任务Complete other tasks assigned by the manager 任职资格Qualifications 1.应聘者需具备机械类专业大专及以上学历,且已顺利获得毕业证书及学位证书。 Candidates should have a full-time college degree or above in mechanical major, and have successfully obtained graduation certificate and degree certificate; 2.熟悉农机产品基本结构、原理,掌握机械、液压、电器基本知识Familiar with the basic structure and principle of agricultural machinery products, master the basic knowledge of machinery, hydraulics and electrical appliances; 3.熟悉动力换挡变速箱,有动力换挡变速箱维修经验Familiar with power shift transmission, have power shift transmission maintenance experience; 4.有较强的农机维修技能和客户关系处理技能 Have strong agricultural machinery maintenance skills and customer relationship skills; 5.三年以上高端农机产品服务经验More than 3 years high end agricultural machinery experience; 6.基本的英语听说读写能力,能够阅读英文技术文档,进行基本的国际交流。Have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, be able to read English technical documents, and conduct basic international communication; 7.需适应长期出差Able to travel for a long time。
