工作职责 Responsibilities：
(1) 根据项目需求，识别并开发符合技术、质量及成本要求的动力电池零部件供应商；
Identify and develop suppliers of traction battery components that meet technical, quality, and cost requirements based on project needs.
(2) 主导新供应商准入评估，包括现场审核、产能验证、质量体系评审及商务谈判；
Lead new supplier qualification, including on-site audits, capacity validation, quality system assessment, and commercial negotiations.
(3) 协同研发（R&D）、质量（QA）和制造工程团队，参与零部件设计评审（DR）、可制造性分析（DFM）及成本优化；
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance (QA), and Manufacturing Engineering teams in design reviews (DR), Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
(4) 负责新项目开发阶段的样件、小批量试产物料及工程变更（ECN）新增物料的采购下单，并全程跟踪交付进度，确保按时到位。
Responsible for placing purchase orders for prototypes, pilot production materials during new product development, and new parts introduced via Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and for tracking of deliveries to ensure on-time availability.
(5) 制定并执行年度降本计划，通过价值工程（VA/VE）、替代方案或批量议价实现采购成本优化；
Develop and execute annual cost-down plans through Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), alternative sourcing, or volume-based negotiations.
(6) 监控供应商交付绩效，及时处理供应风险（如原材料短缺、物流中断等），确保产线连续稳定运行；
Monitor supplier delivery performance and proactively mitigate supply risks (e.g., raw material shortages, logistics disruptions) to ensure uninterrupted production.
(7) 管理采购合同、价格协议及供应商主数据，确保合规性与数据准确性；
Manage purchase contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier master data to ensure compliance and data integrity.
(8) 推动与供应商建立稳定、可持续的长期战略合作关系
Foster stable, sustainable, and long-term strategic partnerships with suppliers.
