生产物料管理PMC管理成本管理
岗位职责:
一、战略分解 Strategic Deployment
1、根据公司战略规划的制定与分解，制定江西PMC部门的战略与年度经营计划；
1. Develop Jiangxi PMC department
s strategy and annual business plan based on corporate strategic deployment;
2、建立适应多品种、小批量生产的柔性PMC管理体系；
2. Establish a flexible PMC management system for high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) production environments.
二、计划管理 Planning Management
1、统筹主生产计划（MPS）和物料需求计划（MRP），确保订单准时交付（OTD ≥ 100%）。
1. Orchestrate Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to maintain 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance;
2、优化产能规划，平衡多品种订单的优先级，减少换产时间；
2. Optimize capacity planning with dynamic order prioritization to minimize changeover time;
3、建立动态排产机制，快速响应插单、撤单、设计变更（ECN）等异常情况。
3. Implement agile scheduling to accommodate rush orders, cancellations, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
三、物料控制 Inventory Control
1、负责公司整体库存的分析、风险预警、问题识别，并组织优化，推动库存结构优化，提高库存周转；
1. Conduct comprehensive inventory analysis with risk alerting, issue identification, and optimization initiatives to enhance stock structure and turnover rate;
2、负责制定、指导实施公司物料、产品的进出规则，并牵头IT实施，推动物料、产品的快速流转；
2. Develop and implement material/product flow policies, lead IT system deployment to accelerate material throughput;
3、负责呆滞物料的专项管理，推动呆滞物料的消耗；
3. Manage slow-moving/obsolete (SLOB) inventory with dedicated consumption programs.
四、跨部门协同 Cross-functional Coordination
1、主导产销运营会议，协调销售、生产、采购、物流等部门，确保产销平衡；
1. Chair Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align sales, production, procurement and logistics;
2、协同HR培训"多能工+柔性班组"，实现人力资源动态调配，应对订单波动；
2. Partner with HR to develop cross-functional teams for flexible workforce deployment during demand fluctuations.
五、团队管理 Team Leadership
1、组建高效PMC团队，培养计划、物控等核心岗位人才。
1. Build high-performance PMC teams through competency development in planning and inventory control;
2、建立标准化SOP（如订单评审流程、紧急插单规则、库存管理规范）。
2. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) including order review protocols, rush order handling rules, and inventory management standards.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major is not limited;
2、8年及以上大型电子、半导体等制造业，5年以上总监岗位工作经验；
2.8+ years in large-scale electronic manufacturing /semiconductor packaging industry, including 5+ years at director level
3、具有较强的沟通协调及统筹能力，系统思考和规划、数据分析、问题诊断能力、客户服务意识能力：
3.Excellent communication and coordination ability, systematic consideration and planning, data analysis, problem diagnosis ability, customer service awareness:
4、擅长多品种小批量行业的生产计划和物控管理经验；
4.Professional in multi-variety and small-batch industry production planning and material control management experience;
5、熟练使用SAP、MES、WSM等操作系统。
