生产计划管理生产质量管理生产现场管理生产成本管理
岗位职责:
1、战略规划 / Strategic Planning:
根据总部战略目标，协助总经理制定子公司产品线年度战略发展规划、经营计划，分解阶段工作目标并监督执行；

strategic objectives, assist the General Manager in developing annual strategic development plans and operational roadmaps for subsidiary product lines, decompose phased goals, and oversee execution.
2、生产管理 / Production Management:
全面负责生产计划、生产执行等核心业务流程的顺畅运行，主导生产现场管理（如精益生产），营造高效、安全、有序的生产环境；
Oversee end-to-end core processes including production planning and execution, spearhead on-site management (e.g., lean manufacturing), and foster an efficient, safe, and organized production environment.
3、成本控制 / Cost Control:
负责产品线生产成本过程监控和分析改善，推动精益生产、降本增效项目，持续降低单位生产成本；
Monitor and analyze production cost processes, drive lean initiatives and cost-saving programs to achieve sustained reduction in unit production costs.
4、交付管理 / Delivery Management:
协助总经理跟踪各产品线交付达成率指标，对关键客户的交期达成率负责，提升关键客户满意度；
Support the GM in tracking product line delivery KPIs, ensure on-time delivery for key accounts, and enhance strategic client satisfaction.
5、团队建设 / Team Building:
构建高效管理团队，推动团队建设与人才培养，提升团队整体执行力；
Build high-performance teams, drive talent development initiatives, and elevate organizational execution capabilities.
6、制度建设 / System Development:
组织、完善生产运营体系、成本控制体系、考核体系以及各项制度、流程；
Establish and optimize production operations systems, cost control frameworks, performance evaluation mechanisms, and SOPs.
7、跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration:
与总部、计划、财务、HR等部门保持高效沟通协作，解决跨部门问题，优化端到端运营效率。
Collaborate effectively with HQ, planning, finance, HR, and other functions to resolve cross-departmental challenges and streamline end-to-end operations.
8、其他事项 / Other Duties:
完成总经理授权及交办的其他工作任务。
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，理工科背景（机械、电子、自动化、材料、工业工程等）优先；
Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM fields (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering preferred).
2、10年以上大型制造企业（电子、汽车等行业）生产管理经验，3年以上同岗位经验；
*10+ years in production management at large-scale manufacturers (electronics/automotive sectors), with 3+ years in equivalent roles.*3、精通生产运营管理理论（精益生产、TPM等）和实践，具备丰富的现场管理经验；
Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM, and other operational methodologies with hands-on shopfloor management experience.
4、优秀的成本控制意识和能力，具备良好的数据分析与决策能力；
Strong cost control acumen with data-driven decision-making skills.
5、出色的责任心和领导力、沟通协调能力、团队建设能力和跨部门协作能力。
Exceptional leadership, communication, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
