岗位职责:
1、制定并实施江西子公司年度招聘战略,统筹招聘需求,确保人才供给与业务发展匹配;

2、主导高端、紧缺岗位(如光通信研发、核心技术岗)的招聘,解决招聘难点;
2. Lead the recruitment for high-end and scarce positions (such as optical communication R&D and core technology roles), addressing recruitment challenges;
3、绘制光通信行各岗位人才地图,建立关键人才库,定期输出人才市场解决方案;
3. Create a talent map for various positions in the optical communication industry, establish a key talent database, and regularly produce talent market solutions;
4、策划江西公司校招方案,提升在重点高校的雇主品牌影响力;.
4. Plan the campus recruitment plan for Jiangxi company to enhance the employer brand influence in key universities;
5、优化招聘体系工作,标准化招聘流程,提升招聘效率;
5. Optimize the recruitment system, standardize the recruitment process, and improve recruitment efficiency;
6、管理公司招聘团队,赋能招聘人员,提升整体招聘能力;
6. Manage the company's recruitment team, empower recruiters, and enhance overall recruitment capabilities;
7、江西区域薪资水平调研,为人岗薪资匹配提供数据支持和解决方案;
7. Conduct a salary level survey in the Jiangxi region to provide data support and solutions for matching salaries between individuals and positions;
8、雇主品牌文化建设,提高公司知名度,助力招聘达成和人才梯队建设。
8. Building employer brand culture, enhancing company visibility, assisting in recruitment and talent development.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,硕士优先;
1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, no major restrictions, master's degree preferred;
2、10年以上招聘经验,5年以上招聘管理经验,制造业/高科技行业背景优先;
2. More than 10 years of recruitment experience, more than 5 years of recruitment management experience, with a manufacturing/high-tech industry background preferred;
3、熟悉光通信相关领域人才市场,能快速理解岗位需求;
3. Familiar with the talent market in the field of optical communication and able to quickly understand job requirements;
4、有成功主导高端人才招聘、校招项目、人才地图等案例;
4. There are successful cases of leading high-end talent recruitment, campus recruitment projects, talent maps, etc.
5、极强的跨部门协调能力、数据敏感度和业务洞察力。
