Responsibilities
Joining one of the leading creative event and live marketing agencies in China, the Planner is responsible for supporting the concept development in the preparation of proposals, tender documents and presentations for clients in cooperation with the planning team. As a creative thinker, the planner prepares deliverables and produces professional, innovative and creative event concepts, including strategy, format, tonality and contents of events. From insights to actions, an excellent brand understanding and sense for aesthetics and storytelling guide the Junior Planner to choose the right directions efficiently, come up with exciting ideas and guide the creative team to craft expressive presentations.

Skills:

• 5 years plus working experience in event, exhibition, PR or other communications agencies.
  
• Degree in Marketing, Languages, Fine Arts.
  
• Creative thinker who can con-ceptualise ideas.
  
• Proficient bilingual writer able to craft attractive proposals.
  
• Software proficiency in PowerPoint.
  
• Strong art sense, excellent creative conceptualization / Interest in (event) Marketing, contemporary design, entertainment, arts, etc.
  
• Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Bilingual Chinese / English.
