Operation Specialist-物流操作

As an Operation Specialist, you need to 作为物流操作专员，您的工作职责：
· To create/complete shipment details in our
internal operation system and create files for shipments.
在内部操作系统中，为所操作的货物建立记录
· To coordinate with all involved parties and organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain necessary shipping documents where required, escalating discrepancies as required.
按照客户意愿，协同第三方物流供应商安排相关运输，并为运输制作相关文件。
· To monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and service suppliers as well as ensuring strong data quality is available for timely and generate report to customers if required.
对第三方物流供应商以及船公司的服务，进行实时地监督，并向客户以及相关同事汇报运输状态。
· To review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any deviations/conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate / routing information into consideration.
确保客户的运输需求，在符合国家以及地方法律法规的情况下并结合市场运营情况，得以满足。
· To issue and accurately submit/issue all required documentation (issue carrier / agent BL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) on required timeframe.
确保在规定时间内，提交正确的货物信息和运输文件。
· To ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with involved parties.
确保将货物离港信息准确无误地传达给相关人员。
· To release B/L as per Financial Guidelines + working instructions.
严格遵照公司财务指导以及上级领导指令，安排电放提单给相关人员。
· To check and verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating + resolving any rate discrepancies.
负责对第三方供应商的成本发票进行核对，并向上级领导反馈有争议的费用。
· To support and resolve claims and disputes. 配合上级领导解决客户以及海外公司的投诉。
Your skills and experiences 您需要具备的条件：
To be successfully, you have to be familiar with operation procedures of air, ocean, warehousing, railway and road transportation.
作为一名合格的物流操作专员，您需要熟知航空，海运，仓库管理，铁路及道路运输流程。
Beside this you have the capability to be a good communicator - both written
and verbal - with an understanding of international cultures.
您需要具备超强地沟通和表达能力，尊重理解国际不同的文化差异。
Additional:
· you should have at minimum 2-3 years working experience in a logistics industry; 如有2-3年物流及相关行业工作经验为佳。
· Hard working, responsible, good teamwork spirit, great time management and accept 具备勤奋努力负责的工作态度，良好的团队合作精神。

• to work under pressure and ready to take the challenges in career. 能承受高强度的工作节凑。
• College degree or above major in Logistics, or relevant industry; 本科及以上学历。
• your English is next to Mandarin, good at spoken and written; 出色的英语表达能力。
