职位描述
• Responsible for developing comprehensive process safety improvement plan based on cooperate requirement and site current condition, take lead and control for the implementation of plan via coordination and communication between each plant, ensure compliance of responsible elements.
• Lead to improve each site process team member process safety competence and culture via regular initiate training, workshop, role rotation and so on activity.
• Lead site each plant process safety management system implementation standard uniform（e.g. SOP, MoC, HS and so on）; develop internal audit method to improve new standard execution quality.
• Take the lead to develop more hazard study leaders in site process team to service each plant and develop assessment standards to ensure each hazard study leader competence; Regular review hazard study report to improve the quality of the analysis to meet ALARP requirement.
• Develops and delivers training on process safety management topics such as, risk assessment, process safety in design, and safe operating practices ensuring site personnel have required knowledge to perform work assignments safety and within regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for process and technology know-how, technical support and guide operation team startup & shutdown the plant, running the plant on high efficiency, safety manner and sustainability; running quality management system to ensure produce on-spec products.
Requirements：
• Chemical Engineering or relevant major, Master preferred or Bachelor compensated by proven capability.
• No less than 5 years working experience in chemical plant, strong experience and capability on production/project/engineer/technology/design. (Show proficient in process/operation philosophy, including process control, SIS, MOC, PSI etc).
• With sufficient experience on Risk Assessment, like HAZOP/FEMA etc. As a HAZOP expert and leader. • Strong PSM background.
• Fluent English communication.
