岗位职责：
NPI：
1.新产品阶段的PPAP资料准备
to prepare for PPAP documentation for NPI
2.样品阶段的质量全程跟踪与质量数据统计分析
to monitor the process of sample phase and make quality statistic
3.新品试量产阶段的前期质量跟踪
to monitor the quality status of first period of mess production
4.新品量产阶段的SIP制作
to make SIP for mess production
MP：
1.量产品质量问题处理
生产过程中发生的不合格品及时处理
to deal with nonconforming happened in production
客诉：
1.客户投诉处理符合137原则
to handle complaint according to principle of 137
2.客退品返厂后即时跟踪处理
to handle the returned materials from customer in time
培训：
1.对QC人员进行客户标准规范的培训
to provide training to QC about criteria of customer
2.对QC人中进行质量问题相关培训
to provide training to QC about quality issues happened
持续改善：
对生产过程与客户端发生的质量问题进行统计分析，找出并消除问题根源防止问题再发生
to analyze the quality issues happened in production and customer, and find the root cause to eliminate them to prevent from recurrence.
任职要求：
1.机械专业， major in mechanical；
2.至少3年（含）以上相关工作经验 at least 3 years related experience；
3.熟悉质量工具familiar with quality tools，钣金加工知识knowledge of metal sheet；
4.熟悉使用ERP系统，Office，AUTOCAD；
5.能够编制CP、SIP Can draw up CP，SIP；
6.普通话，英语听说读写能力良好mandarin, good oral English；
7.主动积极proactive、客户导向COB、过程导向POB、时间管理能力强time management、较强的沟通能力Interpersonality、协调能力coordination、抗压能力和执行能力work under pressure and implementation。
