Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Finance Manager in budget preparation and financial planning supervision;
2. Prepare accounting vouchers and maintain financial accounting archives;
3. Maintain detailed and general ledgers,handle full set of company accounts;
4. Conduct regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies;
5. Prepare financial reports and statements, handle adjusting entries during closing;
6. Complete monthly tax-related work and assist with audit processes;
7. Manage accounts receivable/payable,fixed assets, intangible assets, and monthly accruals (taxes, depreciation,etc.)
8. Complete other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years accounting experience with;
comprehensive knowledge of accounting processes, tax laws, regulations and
fiscal policies;
2. Master's degree or above in Accounting/Finance (preferably from top finance universities), age under 40，For exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level;
3. MUST hold Intermediate Accountant Certificate (applicants without this will not be considered). CPA/ACCA/CMA/Tax Agent certificates preferred;
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and major ERP systems (Yonyou, Kingdee, etc.)
5. Stable, loyal, hardworking with strong organizational, coordination and communication skills;

岗位职责：
1、协助财务经理制定财务预算、监督计划；
2、编制会计凭证，整理保管财务会计档案；
3、登记保管各种明细账、总分类账，进行公司全套账多处理；
4、按照财务制度定期对账，如发现差异，查明差异原因；
5、编制会计报告、报表，处理结账时有关的账务的调整事宜；
6、做好每月的全部涉税工作，协助进行审计工作；
7、管理往来账、固定资产、无形资产，每月计提税金费用、折旧等费用项目；
8、完成财务经理交办的其他工作；
任职要求：
1、3年及以上财务工作经验，全面掌握财务核算流程、核算特点;熟悉税收、法律法规、财政补贴等相关财税制度；
2、硕士学位及以上，40岁以下，财会及相关专业知名财经院校毕业生优先，特别优秀者，学历放宽到本科；
3、必须具备中级会计师职称(不符合条件者，烦请不要投递简历)，具有CPA证书优先，如有其他会计证书如ACCA、CMA、税务师等优先考虑；
4、熟练操作Word、Exce1、PPT、以及用友、金蝶等大型ERP相关财务信息系统；
5、稳定性强忠诚度高，踏实肯干能吃苦，具备良好组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神；
