Job Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit, overseeing company financial statements, budget system establishment, business planning, and budget execution under the leadership of the General Manager.
2. Coordinate financial resources with business strategies, and participate in the formulation and implementation of financial strategic planning.
3. Conduct risk assessments for major investments and business activities, provide guidance, monitor financial risks, and offer recommendations for risk control to senior management.
4. Manage cash flow, working capital, capital budgeting, and financial matters related to corporate mergers or divisions.

1. **8+ years of financial work experience**, with comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting processes and tax regulations, fiscal policies, and legal requirements.
2. **Master’s degree or above** (preferably in finance/accounting), under 40 years old. Graduates from prestigious finance/accounting institutions or **For exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level;
3. Mandatory:
-CPA certification (Non-negotiable requirement – do not apply without it)
-Intermediate Accountant or higher professional title
-Preferred: Additional certifications (ACCA, CMA, Tax Accountant, etc.)
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and financial ERP systems (e.g., Yonyou, Kingdee)
5. High stability, loyalty, diligence,strong organizational/communication skills, and teamwork spirit;

2、组织协调企业财务资源与业务规划的匹配运作，公司财务战略规划的制定与实施；
3、负责对重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制，向上级提出部门管理和经营风险控制的建议；
4、负责现金流量管理、营运资本管理及资本预算、企业分立或合并相关财务事宜等；
