Quality Engineer质量工程师

岗位职责：
1、Participate in the development and implementation of a quality assurance including the maintenance of PFMEA & control plan, preparation of respective instructions that ensure all materials, product parts and components meet all standards
参与质量保证策略的发展及实施，其中包括了PFEMA、控制计划维护和各种作业指导书的准备，来确保原材料，半成品及成品可满足标准要求
2、Ensure all product specifications are met with respect to fit, finish, durability and appearance. Monitor the timeliness and correctness of quality data input of the CAQ system, and report out on key product and process characteristics performance
确保所有的产品规范满足配合、功能及外观要求。监控CAQ系统各质量模块数据录入的即时性和准性，汇报关键产品、过程特性。
3、Provide timely coaching and problem feedback to employee （failure catalog & site failure sample board maintenance included）
对员工进行及时的训导、辅助及问题反馈 (包括现场缺陷列表及缺陷展板维护)
4、Deal directly with customers on product problems
直接与顾客沟通并处理顾客反馈问题
5、 Oversee the execution of all corrective actions.（Daily quality quick response issue management）
监督所有纠正措施的实施(日常质量快速反应问题管理)
6、 Lead and maintain PPAP deliverables to ensure internal, customer requirements are met
管理PPAP节点保证满足公司及顾客要求
7、Domestic supply base performance, including supplier visits and audits, as required.
国内供应商基本评估，包括供应商访问及供应商审
8、Inspection instrument management （few working load）
监视测量装置管理（工作量少）
9、Other task defined by quality manager
质量经理安排的其它工作
资质：Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above at least 2 years's experiences in quality management.
2. Good 8D,problem analysis, logical thinking and communication skills.
3. Good APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA Knowledge.
4. Fluent English on speaking,listening and writing.
5. Advance office software using skills on word,excel,powerpoint.
