To define and propose the targets and commercial actions for customers under their responsibility, in cooperation with Global
(commercial and technical) Customer Team.

To draw up and submit detailed proposals to the customer, in close cooperation with the project teams

- 负责本部门环境因素的识别和评价。Responsible for the identification and estimation the environment factors of the respective department .
- 负责本部门环境目标达标及管理方案的执行.Responsible for implementing environment management and meeting the target of environment
- 负责与本部门有关的环境法律法规和其它要求的执行与合规性评价。Responsible for implementing related laws and regulations of environment and estimating its conformance.
