AI应用工程师

岗位职责：
1、 跟踪技术发展：未来作为公司AI专家，负责跟踪人工智能领域的最新发展动态；
Track technology development: In the future, as an AI expert in the company, responsible for tracking the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence.
2、 提供AI解决方案：与相关部门沟通协作，识别AI在公司内的使用场景，并主导相关岗位或流程的AI实施；
Provide AI solutions: Communicate and collaborate with relevant departments, identify AI usage scenarios within the company, and lead the implementation of AI in related positions or processes.
3、 协作开发：与IT合作，确保人工智能模块与公司现有ERP模块的有效对接；
Collaborative development: Collaborate with IT to ensure effective integration of artificial intelligence modules with the existing ERP modules.
4、 需求分析&培训：结合公司相关方需求，整理并开展团队内部人工智能相关知识学习，提升团队整体技术水平；
Requirement analysis & training: Based on the requirement of relevant departments, organize and carry out internal artificial intelligence related knowledge learning within the team to enhance the overall technical level.
5、 交流分享：和集团各公司保持AI领域的交流和合作，学习AI的进一步应用；
Exchange and Sharing: Maintain communication and cooperation in the field of AI with various companies within the group and learn further applications of AI.
6、 跟进集团总部如何应用AI 帮助提高管理效率，并帮助落实应用到事业部管理层。
Follow up with the headquarters of the group to apply AI to improve management efficiency and assist in implementing its application to the management of business units.
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能相关专业；
Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or artificial intelligence.
2、一年以上AI应用相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可。
More than one year of work experience in AI applications, excellent fresh graduates are also welcome
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力，可接受国内外出差；
Good communication and coordination skills, able to accept business travel arrangements both domestically and internationally
4、英语听说读写熟练，可以作为工作语言；
Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language
5、熟悉Spring Cloud、Spring Boot、My Batis等开源框架，熟悉js, vue等前端技术，能熟练使用关系型数据库；
Familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, My Batis, and front-end technologies such as JS and Vue, proficient in using relational databases
6、熟悉互联网常用协议，熟悉ERP系统如金蝶K8
Familiar with common Internet protocols, familiar with ERP systems such as Kingdee Cloud 8
7、熟悉常用数据结构、算法、设计模式
Familiar with commonly used data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
