Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Accomplish maintenance orders timely and offer feedback to Supervisors.
2.Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all HV/AV equipments. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.
3.Be familiar and acknowledged for hotel service. Understand and be acknowledged in HV/AV system and other relevant equipments. Be of good practical ability of AV.
1.按质按量完成接收到及主管安排的维修单并及时反馈。
2.严格执行设备维保制度，保证设备，机房及工作场地干净整齐。
3.熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及强/弱电调系统知识并具有较强的实际操作能力。
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1.Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position as the HV/AV Technician in 5-star international hotel.
2.Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
3.Be familiar with hotel HV/AV System and equipments.
4.Learn and know hotel electrical equipments and facilities. Be of good abilities in judgement, re-action to emergency. Be able to run a harmony relationship with PM team and can manage and organize manpower.
5.High school education or equivalent experience. Be of the relevant electrician certificates.
6.Basic knowledge in computer.
1.2~5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位（强/弱电技工）工作经验。
2.冷静耐心，具备服务热情。有强烈的事业心与责任性。具备团队精神.
3.熟悉酒店强/弱电设备及系统。
4.对酒店机电工程设备，建筑设施等有较深了解，具备较强综合分析，判断能力及应急能力，具备协调运行人员关系，合理调配人力及一定的组织能力。
5.高中或以上学历。具备电工证。
6.具备基本电脑操作知识。
