Responsibilities
工作职责
1.Technician covers operation, repair and maintenance of system and related plant rooms of MEP,kitchen and laundry equipment etc；
2.In charge of record pressure and temperature etc. of equipment and carry on basic analysis to make sure machine operating efficiently；
3.Complete work orders dispatched by HotSOS or assigned by departmental management；
4.Make record of the information of all materials including quality and consumable；
5.Deal with emergency problems and reports to Duty Engineer immediately；
1.空调技工工作范畴包括但不限于跟所有机电系统，厨房设备，洗衣房设备等相关机房的运行和维修保养工作；
2.负责抄录设备运行的压力、温度等重要参数并分析，以保证设备高效运转；
3.完成由HotSOS下发的工作单或由部门管理人员委派的工作；
4.负责记录维修中所用的耗材、用量等相关信息；
5. 值班中发现问题需做应急处理并立刻通知值班工程师；
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1. Senior high school degree or above, have 1 years work experience in international hotels；
2. Have relation certificates publish by government；
3. Do well in ability of learning；
4. Clearly ability of expression；
5. Working experience stable.
1.高中以上学历，1年以上酒店工程部工作经验；
2.持有政府颁发的各类技术等级证书及特种作业操作证等；
3.具有良好的学习能力；
4.清晰的表达能力；
5.稳定的工作履历。
