职位描述

IT资产管理
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Procurement of IT hardware from manufactures and vendors
  • Working in asset management and accounting systems to maintain asset records and PO's
  • Staging and imaging PC’s - Windows and MAC
  • IMAC – IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
  • Shipping, receiving and disposal of IT equipment
  • Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
  • Warranty and non-warranty repairs and break/fix on PC’s and printers
  • Maintain large quantities of new, spare and parts inventories of IT equipment
  • Maintain minimum and maximum threshold levels of inventories of IT equipment
  • Assist with coordination and logics of all transportation of IT equipment throughout region
Required Qualifications include:
  • Reading and Writing English
  • Service Now tool skills
  • Windows and MAC hardware and software troubleshooting skills and experience
  • Ability to complete all work tasks with minimal supervision
· Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload
  • Ability to walk, bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties of packing and unpacking IT equipment
  • Break/fix experience with the following PC hardware manufactures: Apple, Lenovo, Dell, HP.
  • High level of flexibility and the ability to positively respond to changes in work requirements
  • Ability to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential
  • Good technical writing skills and a willingness to document all work performed
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Willingness and skills necessary to determine the solution & root cause of issue
Required Minimum Education:
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate Degree or at least some college courses in related field (preferred)
Required Minimum Experience:
  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
