项目经理

工作职责：
1独立制定项目开发计划，管理项目的运行状态，协调与项目相关的内部、外部的各项资源；Make project plan and manage project run status, Integrate all the related internal and outer source independently;
2.根据里程碑，管控项目完成状态, 主导项目开发各个阶段的评定；Following project complete status according project schedule and In charge of evaluating project every phase summary;
3.客户与公司内部信息周转的窗口；Be a communication bridge between customer and inner.
工作期望
1.在项目开发过程中，能够识别潜在的风险，利用现有资源消除风险；Be able to identify the potential risk and remove it via the present source during the development process.
2在项目开发过程中，能够识别可提升项目，在项目开发初期进行优化，达到开发完成后，得到***质量的产品及最优的生产过程；Be able identify the potential improvement project during the development, and optimize it on the early of development, thereby can realize the best quality and process.
3. 可以培训项目工程师及辅助部门经理/ Can train project engineer and support department manager sometimes.
素质要求
1.本科以上学历，至少5年以上汽车零部件项目管理工作经验；Education background must be bachelor or above, and the auto parts project management experience must be more than 5 years.
2.较强的协调和组织能力；Strong organization and coordination ability.
3.熟悉产品生产工艺（冲压、焊接、辊压……）；Be familiar with product technology(punching、welding、rolling…)
4.精通产品开发及认可流程（APQP+PPAP）；Master the flow of product development (APQP+PPAP)
5.英语可以作为工作语言；English can be as work language.
