职位描述
工作职责：
1. 负责相关平台仪器设备的运行、维护、技术服务与培训工作，工作方向涉及：
(1) 材料表征（包括XRD、XPS、EPR、SEM、PPMS等仪器）。
(2) 电子信息（包括矢量网络分析仪、信号分析仪、矢量信号源、高低温毫米波探针台、射频探针台、大型电磁屏蔽暗室设备等）。
(3) 微纳加工（等离子清洗机、电子束光刻EBL、双光子激光直写光刻系统、磁控溅射镀膜机、原子层沉积设备等）。
2. 负责协助平台及实验室的建设与规划。
3. 负责中心相关申请材料准备及项目跟进。
4. 负责协助实验室建设、改造项目，完成设备安装调试与验收等工作。
5. 负责协助制定工作规范与操作流程。
6. 负责共享收费的核对、财务报销以及台账管理。
7. 负责设备使用数据汇总、分析与上报。
8. 负责信息化系统建设与维护。
9. 负责仪器设备专项经费的申报。
10. 负责处理实验室日常行政、后勤及接待等事务。
11. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
- 研究生及以上学历，材料、纳米化学、物理学、新能源、材料物理、电子信息工程、微纳技术等相关专业优先。
- 具有上述（材料表征/微纳加工/电子信息）任一领域相关仪器设备5年以上操作经验，能独立进行设备操作、数据分析与维护。
- 具有大型科研仪器设备管理，分析测试中心、设备共享平台工作经验。
- 具备良好的保密意识、优秀的流程规范执行能力与风险管控意识，依法依规，廉洁自律，积极维护大学利益。
- 抗压能力强，服务意识突出，工作严谨负责、积极主动，服从工作安排，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及问题解决能力。
- 具备出色的中、英文书面写作与口头表达能力，能熟练撰写公文、制度文稿及各类汇报材料。
