Procurement items include:
1. Beverage raw materials, such as pouch, compound, sugar, acid, cardboard, etc.
2. Goods and services from contract manufacturers, co-packers.
3. Filling line machinery, spare parts, etc.
4. POSM material of sales.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing market trends and supplier landscape for your respective area of responsibility and sharing this information back to the business.
2. Discovering ideas that build and improve our business as well as cost-saving opportunities. You will lead the implementation of these projects with the respective departments.
3. Developing sourcing strategies to provide a true competitive advantage for Capri Sun by improving the value for the respective goods or service.
4. Negotiating with Suppliers and leading request for proposals.
5. Preparation and execution of price, quantity and contract negotiations, framework contracts, non-disclosure agreements.
6. Supplier management including supplier selection and evaluation.
Job Requirements:
1. Professional experience: 5-10 years with leading experience and competences in food and beverage industry.
2. Proven Procurement Expertise in the respective category including– Demonstrated sourcing skills, particularly negotiation, commercial agreements and supplier relationship management skills.
3. Ability to interpret insights from data.
4. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of the food-legal, quality-relevant and environmental protection-referred requirements specified for the procurement among other things as well as the individual requirements of the need regarding product, costs and delivery time.
6. Language skills: English business fluent.
7. IT skills: SAP & MS Office good knowledge.
