2、制定相关技术文件和标准
3、配合生产解决现场问题；
4、产品的质量问题改善;
5、对产品做前期策划，预防产品缺陷的产生;
6、完成上级安排的其他工作
岗位要求：
1、精通静压线潮模砂铸造箱体、箱盖以及半桥类铸件的工艺设计。
2、熟练掌握球铁和灰铁铸造工艺过程（熔炼、浇注、造型）要点及控制方法；
3、精通CAD、三维、模拟软件，.
4、熟悉IATF16949体系，熟悉APQP、PPAP、FEMA等常用质量控制方法。
5、至少5年以上铸造模具工艺设计操作经验。
