Flex工艺工程师

–在工程师指导下根据各工段（钻孔/laser，电镀，photo，DES，AOI，层压，punch，lay－up，SM等）的工艺要求和设备的性能而制定出合理的工艺方案，维护并不断的完善，进行有效的process control;
According to each process station ( drilling / laser, plating, photo, DES, AOI, punch, laminated, Layup, SM ) process requirements and equipment performance, establish a reasonable process operation solution, maintain and continuously improve it with effective process control;
–协助编写工艺操作规范和作业指导书
Support process engineer to establish the process operation standard and work instructions
–负责对技术员的培训，同时根据柔板生产部安排对督导、组长甚至一线操作工培训，并确认培训效果
Responsible for technician training, and according to the arrangement from production department to train supervers, line leader, even operators. Also need to follow the effectiveness of training
–针对成品率的提高和成本的降低，配合工程师组织和实施相应工段的改善措施
Support engineer to reduce operation cost through organization and implementation of the corresponding process improvement,support engineer to improve the yield improve
–带领技术员在生产过程中不断的去检查和督促柔板生产部工人按照规范操作，并随时纠正，同时要防止工艺问题而影响生产
要求：
–大专以上学历（湿工艺需化学、化工、机械类相关专业，干工艺需机械、电子、自动化类相关专业）
College education ( wet process chemical, chemical, mechanical or relevant major, dry technology of mechanical, electronic, automation related majors )
–从事Flex工艺2年或PCB3年以上技术经历In the Flex process with 2 year or3 years experience in PCB technical experience ;
–熟悉电脑操作
Familiar with computer operation;
–有团队精神
Team spirit;
–了解有害物质管理
–Well understanding with HSM
–英语听说读写良好，能阅读英文资料
Good English skill, can read English materials
–协助工程师完成工艺文件的编写和完善，保证所负责各工段的正常运行，不断的提高成品率和工作效率，配合工程师主导各项试验的实施，报告给相关工程师或主管
