质量体系工程师（新能源）

1) Planning, drafting, revising, and improving quality management system documents.
1)质量管理体系策划及编制、修订、完善质量管理体系文件。
2) Plan the annual internal audit of the quality system, lead the audit of the entire system, improve and close issues, and prepare the internal audit summary report.
2)策划质量体系年度内审，主导整个体系的审核、问题点的改善结案，编制内审总结报告。
3) Plan and manage the review content, and organize each department to complete the management review report.
3)策划管理评审内容，并组织各部门完成管理评审报告。
4) According to the third-party audit plan, guide the preparation and arrangement of the audit, and instruct each department to rectify and verify the effectiveness of the audit findings.
4)根据第三方审核计划，指导审核准备及审核安排，指导各部门对审核发现进行整改和效果验证。
5) Filling out the customer audit checklist, preparing pre audit materials, and corresponding to the audit process.
5)客户审核检查表的填写、审核前资料的准备以及审核过程对应。
6) Regularly supervise and inspect the operation of management systems in various departments, and report to superiors.
6)定期监督、检查各部门管理体系运行情况，并向上级汇报。
7) Business guidance for quality system management in other departments.
7)各部门质量体系管理工作业务指导。
8)Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
8)完成领导交办的其他任务。
要求：
1) At least 2 years’ working experience in automotive quality system positions,preferred in FPCA or PCBA&FPC enterprise.
1) 2年以上汽车质量体系岗位工作经验，FPCA或PCBA&FPC企业优先。
2) Familiar with PPAP,APQP, FMEA,CP,MSA, SPC application.
2)熟悉PPAP,APQP, FMEA,CP,MSA, SPC的应用。
3) Familiar with IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 audit.
3)熟悉IATF16949和VDA 6.3审核。
4) Bachelor degree or above.
4)本科及以上学历。
5) Good English oral and written ability,can independently commuication with customer bu English.
5)良好的英语听说读写能力，能独立与客户进行英语沟通。
6) Can use 5why and fishbone diagram for cause analysis.
6) 会使用5why和鱼骨图进行原因分析。
7) Be able to work under pressure,can accept overtime work if needed.
7)能够承受工作压力，如有需要可以接受加班。
8) prefer the person having the internal audit cerification of ISO9001 & IATF16949.
8)具有ISO9001 & IATF16949内审认证资格者优先。
