Product Testing Engineer 产品试验工程师

Responsible for ensuring that products designed for Trim Parts of vehicles meet quality and safety standards. This involves developing and executing test plans, analyzing data, and collaborating with design and development teams to address any issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing Test Plans and Protocols:
Creating detailed procedures for evaluating the performance, durability, and safety of Trim products.

Conducting Product Tests:
Executing tests on various Trim components, such as plastic, trim, and other materials, to assess their functionality, reliability, and compliance with regulations.
Analyzing Test Data:
Examining results from tests, identifying areas of non-compliance or potential failure, and documenting findings in comprehensive reports.
Collaborating with Design and Development Teams:
Working closely with engineers and designers to address product defects or performance issues, suggesting design modifications, and ensuring that products meet required specifications.
Maintaining Testing Equipment:
Ensuring that all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to guarantee accurate and reliable results.
Staying Updated on Industry Standards:
Keeping abreast of the latest safety standards, regulations, and best practices related to product testing.

Identifying Points of Failure:
Proactively identifying potential weaknesses in product design or materials to prevent future issues.
Understanding and Choosing Test Equipment:
Selecting the appropriate tools and instruments for conducting tests based on product requirements and test objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:

Testing Expertise:
Experience with static, abuse, and cycle testing, as well as the ability to interpret and execute test plans.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and propose effective solutions.

Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and
non-technical audiences.

Experience:
Relevant experience in product testing, quality assurance, or a related field is often preferred.
