双休 Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to program promotion. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

1. Location: Shanghai, China
2. Position begins ASAP
3. Schedule: five days per week, 40 total work hours per week
4. Compensation: 12000rmb-20,000 monthly
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain marketing strategies for events and projects, including company website, social media, and both online and offline events.
· Establish goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
· Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
· Collaborate with other team members and partners to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
· Work closely with sales on program development and implementation.
· Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to company’s mission and brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Art and Design
· US/UK/Canada education background strongly preferred
· Knowledge of US/UK education and/or Art education preferred
· Fluent in Chinese and high proficiency in English
· Extensive working experience in digital and traditional marketing, preferably within education industry
· Strong organization, coordination, and prioritization skills.
· Strong planning and implementation skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM and CMS software.

5、与销售紧密合作，完成项目开发和执行；
6、确保对创意营销材料进行定期审查，并遵守公司的品牌准则。
岗位要求：
1、商业、市场营销、广告、传播或艺术与设计专业的学士学位；
2、优先考虑有美国/英国/加拿大教育背景的求职者；
3、对于美国/英国教育或艺术教育熟悉了解的求职者优先考虑；
4、能够中英文流利交流；
5、在数字和传统营销方面拥有丰富的工作经验，有教育行业工作经验者优先考虑；
6、有强大的组织和协调能力，具有团队精神；
7、有强大的计划和实施能力；
8、出色的书面和口头交流能力。
