电气设备测试工程师

主要职责：
 Support finalizing the specification documents with adding hardware/software information.
 Electronic hardware debugging support.
 Software optimization based on current PLC or test program within MQ Standard.
 Debug and launch automation equipment for serial production according to MQ Standard.
 Support team leader for quotation.
 Coordinate, plan and control project teamwork.
 2nd level support for serial production automation equipment and related trouble shouting.
 Creating all needed documentation for automation equipment
 Train junior PLC engineer according to a prepared training plan.
 Support team leader on the standardization of automation equipment.
 Support team leader for global component localization.
 To ensure good status of equipment to support on time production.
基本岗位任职条件：
 Bachelor degree or above polytechnic with over 3 years maintenance work experience
 Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings
 Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, check and accept
优先考虑条件：
 Beckhoff Twincat PLC programming experience
 NI components and LabView (TestStand)
 Robot and AOI knowledge
 EPLAN (ECAD) experience
 Experience in the maintenance of automation equipment
 Experience in Automotive Industry
 Good knowledge of machinery directive
 Fundamental knowledge about programming in a higher programming language (e.g. C/C++, Basic, Java,)
