模具工程师

岗位职责
1. Cooperate with intercompany project team, check in house technology, capability and feasibility.
2. Raise concern and proposal if part is not feasible for in-house production with experience and knowledge to ensure that new products and product changes are producible.
3. Work with Germany specialist, analyze parts and provide information for part calculation, i.e. cycle time, weight, number of cavity.
4. Creates specification sheets for the processed/planned/allocated operating resources /tools within the standards.
5. Lead tool transfer between supplier & Marquardt and among Marquardt locations.
6. Cooperation with R&D, Purchasing and operation to solve issue during trial run.
7. Create machine specification with full automation. i.e. inserting molding, overmolding
8. Introduce new process or technology from Germany or other MQ locations.
9. Lead tooling maintenance process to support molding production running smoothly
10. Perform training for new colleagues on tooling maintenance related.
11. Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior's expectation.
基本任职条件
1. Bachelor and above degree
2. At least 5 years’ work experience on tool engineer, and participate in new tools development
3. Must be able to use tool design software (e.g. UG, Cimatron), and read mechanical drawings
4. Have basic English skill
5. Acquire necessary skills based on Skill Matrix requirement by keep continuous learning
优先考虑任职条件
1. Majors in mold and machinery are preferred
2. Have knowledge of injection process
3. Experience in automation and mechatronics is preferred
4. Fluent in written and oral English
