岗位职责: 1. Identify work opportunity between engagement and SDC delivery team continuously 不断拓展现有审计业务团队和SDC交付团队之间更多的合作机会 2. Sort out the process and identify the risk lies in 整理流程并识别内在风险 3. Develop and update SOP (standard operating procedure) for transformed services 编制及更新移转业务的标准业务流程 4. Continuously apply AI or other advanced technologies to improve the quality and efficiency 善用智能人工或其他前沿技术持续提升质量与流程效率 5. Deliver relevant training to delivery team 为交付团队提供相关的培训 6. Coach and upskill delivery team 为交付团队提供辅导以提高交付团队的技能 7. Highly commitment to client value creation 致力于向客户提供有价值的卓越服务 8. Execute other supporting activities assigned by direct service expert 执行直属业务主管安排的其他辅助工作
岗位要求: 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree of accounting, auditing or related major 获得会计/审计或相关专业的学士/硕士学位 2.2-3 years’ auditing experience in Big4, or equivalent working experience in local CPA firms 2至3年四大会计师事务所的审计经验或国内会计师事务所的同等审计经验 3. Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including presentation skills 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力,包括演讲技能 4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multitask at the same period 能独立承担相应的工作,具备同时处理多任务的能力 5. Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills 具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力 6. Flexible, self-motivated and with intellectual curiosity 适应灵活的工作方式并且能自我激励
