Compliance Technical Support

Job Responsibilities​
Provide professional technical consultation on product compliance testing for customers, including interpretation of RoHS, REACH regulations and EU/US Food Contact Materials (FCM) , EN 71, ASTM 963 regulatory requirements, explanation of testing standards, etc., ensuring timely, professional and accurate response to consultations;​
Assist customers in completing the entire process of technical support such as testing project application, document review, and sample handover, answer customers' questions during the testing process, and ensure the smooth progress of projects;​
Be responsible for the technical review and interpretation of compliance test reports, ensure reports comply with relevant regulatory standards and company quality requirements, assist customers in understanding report results and provide compliance improvement suggestions;​
Track the update dynamics EU (e.g., EC 1935/2004) and US (e.g., FDA 21 CFR) food contact materials , EN 71, ASTM 963, RoHS, REACH and other related regulations, sort out key points of regulatory changes and synchronize internally to provide compliance basis for the company's business development and customer service;​
Assist in compiling compliance technical documents and training materials, participate in compliance knowledge training for internal employees and customers, and improve the compliance awareness and professional capabilities of the team and customers;​
Proficiency in using OFFICE software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) to complete technical data collation, statistical analysis, report preparation and other work;​
Cooperate with the business team to complete compliance-related market promotion, customer visits and other work, providing technical support;​
Complete other compliance technical work assigned by superiors.​
