Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the company’s customer-facing product technical support and training. Lead efforts to assist customers in resolving hardware and software technical issues encountered during product development based on the company’s offerings.
Undertake the compilation of technical support-related documents, and conduct relevant training sessions within the company.
Continuously track industry trends and analyze customer application needs, regularly output relevant reports to drive product improvement and enhancement.
Job Requirements
1. At least 2 years of work experience in embedded or host computer product development or technical support, with a focus on the Internet of Things (IoT), wireless communication, or electronics industry.
2. Proficient in programming languages such as C, JAVA, and C++, with development experience in systems like Android or Linux.
3. Familiar with the basic knowledge of circuit design and the operation of general instruments such as comprehensive testers and oscilloscopes.
4. Possess strong English reading and writing skills and oral communication skills; English can be used as a working language, with the ability to independently serve overseas clients.
5. Understand the product development process and have a certain ability to design and develop solutions.
6. Have excellent social, communication, and documentation skills, with a strong team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and a down-to-earth work attitude.
7. Strong pressure resistance and ability to adapt to short-term business trips. Priority will be given to candidates with no history of visa rejection by other countries.
8. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the RFID or IoT industry.
