Key Responsibilities:

This position reports to Warehouse Manager and will work closely with the full warehouse team.
Supervisory Duties (50%)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Train, guide, and support warehouse staff
- Monitor inventory accuracy and storage organization
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
- Serve as liaison between warehouse team and management
- Perform all standard warehouse tasks (picking, packing, shipping/receiving)
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory counts and system updates
- Handle urgent operational needs as they arise
- 3+ years warehouse experience (with some leadership exposure)
- Ability to seamlessly switch between "doing" and "leading"
- Strong problem-solving skills for operational challenges
- Certification for warehouse equipment (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable with WMS and basic computer skills
- Unique opportunity to grow leadership skills while staying hands-on
- Central role in shaping our expanding warehouse operations
