MISSION
By joining CMA CGM Academy, you will be part of a dynamic team of experts
dedicated to fostering learning and development within the organization. As a Senior
Learning & Development Project Manager, you will play a strategic role
in designing, deploying, and optimizing learning solutions at a global scale.
You will oversee complex training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business
objectives, compliance with training legislation, and efficient budget
management.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management &
  Strategic Deployment: You lead the end-to-end deployment of large-scale learning
  programs across multiple countries, languages, and currencies. You define
  project scopes, coordinate stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure
  successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Learning Solutions Development
  & Implementation: You assess organizational training needs and oversee the
  selection, customization, and implementation of both internal and external
  learning solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and industry
  best practices.
• Evaluation & Continuous
  Improvement:
  You establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure learning
  effectiveness, track progress, and implement continuous improvement
  initiatives based on feedback from participants, HRBPs, and trainers.
• Training Operations &
  Compliance:
  You ensure smooth operational execution of training programs, including
  classroom management, training material distribution, participant
  engagement, and adherence to training legislation and HR policies.
• Technology & Innovation: You leverage digital learning
  platforms, LMS, and HRIS systems to streamline training administration and
  reporting. You identify and implement innovative learning methodologies,
  including blended learning, e-learning, and virtual training solutions.
• Financial Oversight &
  Vendor Management: You manage training budgets, negotiate contracts with external
  providers, oversee invoices, and ensure optimal allocation of learning
  resources.
