主要岗位职责 Key duties: 1、跟踪和管理我们所服务的海外客户;Track and manage the overseas customers we serve ; 2、为客户提供技术支持及维修方案,必要时出差客户现场维修解决问题;Provide technical support and repair solution for customers, repair and solve problem on site with customers if necessary ; 3、处理客户报价及订单等需求;Handle the quotation and order enquiry from customer ; 4、处理部门经理或主管交代的其他内部事务。Handle the department internal task assigned by manager or supervisor. 岗位要求 Requirements: 1、本科学历(有物流搬运设备或相关行业从业经验可放宽至专科),机械或者液压等相关专业;University Degree(College degree is also accepted if there is service experience in logistics handling equipment or related industries), Major in machinery or hydraulic related; 2、英语读写流利,能适当地听和说;Good at reading and writing in English, ability to speak and listen appropriately ; 3、耐心、乐于并且擅长同客户建立良好合作关系;Patient, Willing and good at setting up good relation with customers ; 4、在物流搬运设备相关行业有服务经验者优先。Priority with service experience in logistics handling equipment . 非机械专业勿投,谢谢~ Non-Major in machinery do not Submit Resume, thank you ~
