- 严格\仔细按NDT作业指导书进行生产 Operate the NDT testing
machine according to the work instruction strictly and very carefully.
- 严格按”5S”管理要求进行自我管理Do the locational
“5S” management according to the “5S” requirements.
- 严格按NDT设备点检要求对设备进行日常保养和检查Maintenance the NDT
testing machine according to the work instruction requirements daily by himself.
- 根据公司生产计划及时高效完成生产任务Finish the production
task effectively according to the daily production plan.
- 按ISO9000质量体系要求 及时填写工序记录Fill in the production process record in time
according to the ISO 9001 quality system.
- 严格遵守公司的安全规章制度,严禁在禁烟区吸烟Do the things according
to the safety regulation of V&M C. No smoking in the forbidden place.
- 及时如实填写交接班记录Fill in
the handing over and taking over record

能力要求 Competence Requirements:
1) 教育背景Education: 高中以上high school education or above
2)
经验Experience: 1年以上超声探伤经验more than one year of UT
testing experiences
3)
培训及证书Training & certification: 国家权威机构1级以上UT证书 level 1 UT certificate or above
issued by authorized organization.
4)
技术Technique: 对超声探伤原理的基本理解掌握basic understanding of
UT method
