1. 基本职责Essential
1） 负责本工厂的S&OP流程，包括年度产能设计、月度在手订单检查、月度产能检查、月度S&OP会议；Be responsible for the S&OP process, including annual capacity design, monthly backlog check, monthly capacity check and monthly S&OP meeting;
2） 根据销售的订单需求，每周更新工厂的中期计划并更新各车间的产能负载；based on the demand received from each sales team, update the midterm planning of each mills and update the loading chart;
3） 根据订单的交付要求，制定各分厂的短期主计划，并每周跟踪各分厂的计划完成情况切根据实际需求调整生产计划，确保订单的准时交付；according to the delivery requirement of the demand to define the master planning of each mills; and follow up the performance of each mill every week, adjust the scheduling if necessary;
4） 负责物料需求计划，并与采购部共同制定合理的原材料采购计划；Be responsible for the material requirement plan based on the demand and working with sourcing department to define the detailed purchasing planning of raw material planning;
5） 领导每周的工厂计划会议，与工厂运营团队沟通关于原材料供应、主要生产、质量问题、其他关键物料的供应、库存控制等内容；Leading the weekly planning meeting with operation team on key materials supply, key issues of main equipment, production performance, key material supply and inventory control and so on;
6） 协调原材料供应、上游工厂及其他下游工厂之间的生产计划协调，以最优化管理库存及产能；Coordinate with raw material sourcing, upstream planning and downstream mill to optimize the planning to reach the sales plan with minimum inventory;
7） 询价及销售订单交付期确认；Be responsible for the delivery time checking for inquiries and newly booked orders;
8） 管理无订单库存，包括原材料、半成品及成品；每周汇总分析相关数据并将其通报至公司运营及成本控制；Managing the slow-moving inventory including billets, WIP and FG; Follow up and analysis the inventory to report to management team and controlling team;
9） 完成公司领导交办的其它工作;Other missions;
