负责热处理/加热相关的热工工作
Responsible for the thermal work of heat treatment/heating
基本职责Essential
1）确保热处理过程中所需设备的校准，进行热循环实验和热平衡测试。
2）负责所有产品的热模型构建和依据以往历史经验进行模拟来改善热模型。
3）确保热处理自主维护策略的效率。确保热处理的预防性维护策略的效率。
4）确保热备件管理的效率。
5）定义天然气的监测和有效的天然气消耗。
6）负责在热模拟或测试中遇到问题时提供热力解决方案。
7）参与CIT方面的热力话题。
8）与热工艺战略小组共同进行研究（包括与PCs和VRCF的接口）
9）了解天大炉子的设备设计和燃烧基本技术。
10）支持PC战略并领导技术小组处理热工艺和能源问题（包括专家任务）
11）根据需要履行其他与工作相关的职责。
1) Ensure the calibration, thermal cycle, thermal balance of equipment required in thermal process.
2) Responsible for the thermal model construction of all products and the improvement of the thermal model through simulation based on previous historical experience.
3) Ensure the efficiency of independent maintenance strategy for heat treatment.Ensure the efficiency of the preventive maintenance strategy for heat treatment.
4) Ensure the efficiency of hot spare parts management.
5) Define natural gas monitoring and effective natural gas consumption.
6) Responsible for providing thermal solutions for problems encountered in thermal simulation or testing.
7) Participate in hot topics at CIT.
8) Research with thermal process Strategy team (including interface with PCs and VRCF)
9) Understand the equipment design and basic combustion technology of Tianda furnace.
10) Support PC strategy and lead technical team to deal with thermal process and energy issues (including expert tasks)
11) Perform other job-related duties as required.

能力资质要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:
1) 教育背景Education: 硕士及以上学历。材料、热工相关专业。Undergraduate, material, heat treatment related majors.
2) 经验 Experience: 无工作经验要求 No requirement for work experience.
3) 知识及培训要求Knowledge & Training：热力学及材料相关知识储备。熟练使用 OFFICE软件，数据分析熟练应用尤佳。公司会提供工作相关的知识培训，包括1年左右的国外工作相关培训。Knowledge of thermodynamics and materials.Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis.The company will provide job-related knowledge training, including about 1 year of overseas job-related training.
4) 语言要求Language requirement：良好的英语听、说、写。Good English listening, speaking and writing.
5) 能力及技能要求Competence & Skill requirement：热力工程背景和热力工程相关经验，全面了解材料的热性能，具有热建模和模拟经验，能够提热力解决方案。Thermal Engineering background and Thermal Engineering experience. Solid understanding of material thermal properties. Experience with thermal modeling and simulation. Ability to provide thermal solutions.
6) 其他要求Soft skills: 具有团队精神，有良好的沟通与协作能力，工作认真积极主动，责任心强，勇于承担挑战性的工作。Have team spirit, good communication and collaboration skills, work seriously and proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have the courage to undertake challenging work.
