工业自动化专业技术服务
PURPOSE & MAIN MISSIONS
Purpose
1.Coordinate and manage industrial VDIS activities
2.Manage relationships with Business departments, including Production, Maintenance and other relevant business units.
3.Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and third-party service providers involved in industrial IT projects.
4.Manage relationships with all other VDIS functional units (Global Infra, COEs, DAFA, Security, etc.)
Main missions
1.Single Point of contact for industrial applications
-Ensure coordination between business teams, IT departments, and suppliers to guarantee smooth and effective communication.
-Facilitate communication between different stakeholders to ensure relevant information is shared in a timely manner.
2.Industrial projects coordination
-Actively participate in industrial projects, ensuring objectives are met, deadlines and budgets are respected.
-Ensure the proper flow of information between teams to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
-Provide technical support to business and IT teams to resolve issues related to industrial applications.
3.Maintenance of industrial applications
-Coordinating well with CoE , ensure up to L2 maintenance of industrial applications locally, including trouble shootings and updating systems, etc.
-Monitor the performance of industrial applications and propose improvements to optimize their operation.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of maintenance
procedures and system configurations.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE / KEY COMPETENCIES
1.Bachelor's degree or above, 211, IT or automatic related majors.
2.Knowledge and expertise on business processes and industrial application solutions
3.Experience in business application solutions projects and / or maintenance
4.Experience in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured methodologies
5.Experience in managing cross-departmental and international projects.
6.Knowledge on support process with ITSM tool, experience in MES or tracking system, hold the PMP certificate is better.
7.English proficiency is madatory

2.Customer satisfaction (regarding business applications) at target level
3.VDIS services provided as per the agreed service engagements
4.Good relationship with all stakeholders
