Identity and Access Management Expert

Purpose & Overall Relevance：
In this role you will be responsible for managing the Active Directory and OKTA environments while ensuring seamless collaboration with the HQ and LVMH Group. As a key member of Asia Tech team, you will need strong technical expertise, exceptional management skills, and excellent communication abilities to ensure the efficient operation and security of Asia IT systems.
Responsibilities:
ü Oversee the day-to-day management and Provide L3 support by assisting L1 and L2 teams in resolving complex technical issues.
ü Strong knowledge of AD best practices, Manage the user identity lifecycle, including account creation, permission assignment, role management, and account deactivation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
ü Expertise in understanding of AD domain architecture, group policies, DNS and other critical AD components.
ü Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM protocols. Proficiency in integrating OKTA with a range of cloud and applications, including SaaS, custom apps, and legacy systems.
ü Ability to analyze the impact of changes from both local and global ,to provide Proposal and guidance to ensure system’s availability in Asia.
ü Continuously optimize AD and OKTA configurations and performance to enhance user experience and system stability
ü Experience in streamlining and automating IAM processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience.
ü Ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards/procedures/guidelines in all daily activities
ü Drive technological innovation and business optimization in identity management.
Qualifications:
ü Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related major is preferred
ü Over 10 years of AD / IAM relevant work experience
ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
ü AD multi - domain management (6000+ objects)
ü Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
ü Familiarity with project management methodologies
ü Relevant professional certificates such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Directory Solutions Expert, Okta Certified Professional is preferred
