Key Responsibilities:
1.Set up Safety Operation Procedure for all production positions,safety training for production staff, make sure all of production staff to obey the safety operating procedure.
2.Organize the production team to achieve WCM activity target, lead AM project teams, fully involved FI, TPQC project teams.
3.Set up production plan per sales forecast to meet sales demand, control finish goods to meet company target.
4.Organize the production shift effectively, make sure it’s work efficiency and low cost.
5.Daily review for process, quality, production report and material usage variance analysis.
6.Be responsible for process training for production staff, make sure the process set point is the best.
7.Be responsible for quality control, make sure each operator to control the quality for individual production position.
8.Be responsible for energy control and improvement by DSG free water control, proper parameter setup and AM machine maintenance.
9.Operating skill training and enhance operators’ skill, reduce the operating human error downtime to make sure machine availability to meet company target.
10.Be responsible for finish goods quality to meet company quality standard, make sure the machine yield to meet company target.
11.Control the production cost to meet budget and head count.
12.Document control and data collection, recycle 100% waste board.
13.Maintain good housekeeping level depends on 5S requirement.
14.Updated the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) as per new EHS requirements that defined specific EHS condition before operation. Follow it
strictly. Correct other people if they don’t apply it.
15.Responsible for EHS inspections and program/procedure implementation in his working area (machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, etc).
16.Maintain all equipment/machine in a safety level (check all machines’ safety device, guarding, emergency stop…) and report any breakdown tothe maintenance dept.
EHS:
1.Make his perimeter risk assessment and keep updating according to the risk assessment methodology followed by the entity.
2.Updated the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) as per new EHS requirements that defined specific EHS condition before operation. Follow it
strictly. Correct other people if they don’t apply it.
3.Responsible for EHS inspections and program/procedure implementation in his working area (machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, etc).
4.Maintain all equipment/machine in a safety level (check all machines’ safety device, guarding, emergency stop…) and report any breakdown to
the maintenance dept.
5.Responsible for the EHS&SOP training to operators.
6.Before each job, check if the equipment/machine safety device is in good order.
