大客户销售医院方向医疗行业设计院建材
岗位职责:
1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers
担任圣戈班建筑产品与关键客户之间的大使。
2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts of hospitals, Pary A and contractor.
与国家和地区医院、甲方和承包商等关键大客户建立并保持长期战略性信任关系。
-Responsible for developing and maintaining hospitals, hospital professional general contractors, design institutes and medical system related customers across the country.
负责开拓并维护全国医院、医院专业型总包、设计院及医疗体系相关客户
3.Fully understand the needs of key customers, familiar with the business development and operation mode of hospital systems. Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses. Monitor key account changes and improvements
全面了解关键客户需求,熟悉医院体系业务开发及运营模式,保持对竞争对手产品/服务、折扣和定价结构以及优劣势的了解,并关注关键客户的变化和提高。
4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements.
通过与技术支持和销售团队密切合作,根据每个消费者的要求,制定详细的建议/报价,与关键客户协商战略采购合同。
5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams
与研发、技术、销售、营销、物流、客户服务、生产和财务团队密切合作,确保关键客户的整体服务,充当关键客户和内部团队的联络点。
6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
在关键客户和内部团队之间进行沟通
7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement.
定期跟进客户的订单,及时收集产品,以获得客户满意度和销售业绩改善方面的反馈。
8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel.
主导并开发需要改进区域的解决方案,协调相关业务人员参与。
9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation.
审查目标达成情况并报告给上级管理层,促进关键管理决策和战略制定。
10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts.
维护和扩展重要客户的关系,与各业务部门密切合作,以维护和进一步发展与重要客户的关系。
任职要求:
1.Previous experience in key account management or business development in the fields of medical is preferred.
有医疗领域大客户销售管理或业务发展经验者优先。
2.Knowledge of the key account’s business domain & industry, familiar with business development and operation mode of hospital is preferred.
了解大客户销售领域和行业,熟悉医院体系业务开发及运营模式优先。
3.Outstanding written and oral communications skills
优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
4.Able to build rapport and establish credibility quickly with account stakeholders, being people person

6.Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts
