Core responsibilities:
- Provides technical assistance to customers through phone interaction, email or direct visits.
- Support sales team offering engineering solutions and sales tools.
- Communicate and cooperation with global engineering team to share design knowledge & experience, and obtain support for challenge applications.
- Coordinate with sales on customer new projects/applications for detail technical information.
- Be able to give the suggestions on material selection for the new projects.
- Propose the solutions for new opportunities.
- Work with process engineer for calculating the products' cost and propose the selling price.
- Samples arrangement and coordinate with manufacturing team for customer’s trial
- Coordinate with R&D for material analysis, failure analysis, certain trial test for the big potential projects.
- Competitor information collection and market trend searching.
- Communicating with related department people internally.
- Participate in self-development and training of others.
- Release regularly the exhibition info, visit the trade shows and prepare the sales lead.
Typical Education Level: BS or Master degree of mechanical engineering or related major.
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills:
- At least 5 years relative working experience, seal knowledge in auto application is preferred.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Good English communication level in both writing and speaking.
- Good time and priority management.
- Research and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with AUTOCAD, Solid Works skill is preferred.
